We’re all about keeping our playground safe and squeaky clean, and that’s why we have a fun little rule: Socks are a MUST for everyone! 🧦✨

That’s right! When you step into our exciting world of play, shoes are left at the door—yes, even for the grown-ups! And for our little adventurers aged 12 months to 12 years, we require some super cool GRIP SOCKS to keep those tiny feet safe while they zoom around.

Don’t worry if you forgot your socks—we’ve got you covered! You can snag a pair of our awesome grip socks right here at the facility for $3.25. Just remember, while you’re welcome to bring your own socks, they need to have grips to ensure everyone can play safely.

Germ-Free Fun! Our facility is a shoe-free zone to help keep those pesky germs at bay. By leaving shoes at the front desk, we minimize dirt and germs, ensuring our playgrounds stay sparkling clean. After all, you want to dive into a clean play area, right? 🌟

Curious if we’re open? Here’s the scoop! The only days we take a break are New Year’s Day (sometimes), Easter, July 4th (sometimes), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. 🎉

If you’re ever unsure about weather-related closures, just check out our social media! We’ll always keep you in the loop with updates on whether we’re open or closed during any weather surprises. 🌧️❄️

And remember, we’re never closed for private parties during our regular hours! We do take a little time off—just 1-2 days a year—for some annual maintenance to keep our playground in tip-top shape!

Before you dive into all the fun, we’ve got a quick but important step: Everyone needs to sign a digital waiver before entering our play area—NO EXCEPTIONS! 📜✨

But don’t worry, it’s super easy! Your waiver will keep you covered for a whole 6 months of playtime magic! Just a friendly reminder: every adult passing through the front gate needs their very own waiver. That means each grown-up should use their unique email to sign up—let’s keep it organized and fun!

Our playground is spacious enough for adults to join in on the fun and help supervise their kiddos! 🎉 But remember, this isn’t an adult playground—our top priority is the safety and comfort of our children.

No Weapons Allowed! For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that no weapons be brought into our facility.

Capacity Matters! For safety reasons, our awesome PlayPalz staff reserves the right to refuse entry if our guest count exceeds the legal capacity of our facility.

No strollers are allowed on padded floors.

🎂 Reservations Required: We do not allow any group, big or small, to host a birthday party at our facility without making a reservation. This means that NO cake, presents, balloons, or decorations can be brought in unless you have a booked party.

Why? This policy helps us maintain a fun and organized environment for all our guests. By having scheduled parties, we can ensure that everyone has enough space and resources to celebrate without any interruptions. Plus, it allows us to provide the best experience possible for your special day!

We love to see all our little adventurers, but for everyone’s safety and fun, we kindly ask that sick kiddos stay home. We want everyone to have the best time possible, so we reserve the right to turn away any sick child—let’s keep the playground a happy and healthy place!

Let’s keep our air fresh and our playground fun! There’s absolutely NO smoking or vaping allowed on the premises or within 30 feet of the front door. We appreciate your help in keeping our space clean and enjoyable for all!
